All Thermomate products come with a 1-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use. If your product experiences any issues during the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase and the product’s serial number for warranty claims.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original, unused condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
